How do I clean the pre-cleaner?

Wash at up to 40 degrees in the washing machine or by hand. Do not use fabric softener.

What do you put in the water to clean windows?

Dish soap is all you need – it's best to apply it directly to the pre-washer.

How do I use the pressure boosters?

The pressure boosters are designed to increase pressure on the left or right side when cleaning edges. They are also helpful for cleaning tall windows as they add more stability to the blade.

Why does the small easyLIGHT (22cm) not have pressure boosters?

The design of the 22 cm squeegee blade differs slightly due to its smaller size. The blade is thicker on the left and right sides and therefore does not require additional pressure plates.

How long does the wiper blade last?

The product features a reversible squeegee blade. On average, each side of the reversible squeegee blade has an estimated lifespan of 3 to 5 years with regular use in a two-story home. Replacement blades are available.

How long does the pre-wash cycle last?

4 to 5 years with regular use.

Is the product still manufactured in Germany?

Yes, it is still manufactured in Bavaria by Goettler GmbH.

Great product however it is not as streak free as advertised going over a patch that has some remaining spots will streak the glass but overall happy and easier to use then a squeege one thing I would recommend for the company is selling it with a 1.5-2 m extendable pole rather then the screw in poles
